What you need to know

The fabric of the purchased furniture is only available from the list of fabrics on the product card.
The fabric in the images may slightly differ from those in reality due to screen settings.

During the light fastness tests, the color fading resistance of the fabric is measured. The test is performed by placing a piece of fabric under ultraviolet lamps for a certain period of time, which imitate sunlight rays. The results are shown on a scale of 1 to 8. Fully non-fading fabrics are presented with 8-point marks, while the fastest fading fabrics receive 1-point mark.
Pet-friendly fabrics are made of a 'PetProof' certified material that is resistant to scratches caused by pet nails. The pet's hair does not stick to this type of fabric, which makes it easy to clean the hair using a hair remover or a damp cloth.
The fabric resistance to fluff is determined by applying a 'Pilling' test. During the test, the resistance of the fabric surface to the formation of pilling or fuzzing as a result of abrasion and friction is being determined. The results are measured by visually comparing the fabric after the testing with the original sample of the fabric and it is given a rating from 1 to 5 points. 1 point means that the fabric has a weaker resistance, 5 means the fabric is fluff resistant.
Flammability of the fabric is measured by the 'cigarette' test valid in European countries. A smoldering cigarette is placed on the tested fabric. The fabric is considered to have good flammability resistance if it takes 8-10 seconds to reach ignition from the start of the test (depending on the type of fabric).
The strength of the fabric, also known as abrasion resistance, is determined by the world-famous 'Martindale' fabric abrasion test. During this test, the fabric sample is pressed with metal discs and rubbed in a circular direction at a certain speed until at least two fabric threads break. The test results are indicated by the number of cycles. The more circles, the more firm the fabric. The fabric may be used for production of furniture if the test result is more than 5000 cycles.
